Description
My Firm is currently partnered with a Health System in Tennessee that is in need of a Pediatrician to join their team on a permanent basis.This is a great permanent opportunity to join an established practice seeing
patients 0 to 17 years of age.
Schedule –
4 Days per week. Rotates working 1 Saturday every 4 weeks.
Call –
Currently 1:3. They are revamping the call starting April 2019. The advanced
practice providers take the first line of call about 8 days a month and the MD is
the back up.
Volume -
They offer $10 per patient encounter (exclusive of nurse visits, allergy injections
and similar). Their physicians had about $27K each for volume encounters last
year.
Compensation Package includes Base Salary, Per Visit Bonus, Call Coverage, Retirement, CME,
and Malpractice
