Description

Catapult Healthcare is partnered with a Health System in Arizona, 50 miles outside of Phoenix that is in need of a permanent provider to join Outpatient team. The Ideal candidate would be a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician

Details:
•  22-26 PPD
•  Mon-Fri 8a-7p and Sat8a-12p
•  (weekends covered by Midlevels)
•  Full service Lab and X-ray on site
•  EMR: Eclinicalworks
•  Call: Shared call – Phone only

Requirements:
•  BC/BE in Family Medicine
•  2 years minimum experience
•  Current AZ license
