Description Facility Overview * Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5 with 1:3 call coverage rotation / Weekends 1 Saturday / month * EMR: Epic and PointClick Care systems Minimum Qualifications Experience: • One to three years' experience preferred. Licensure/Certification: • Current VA state medical license • Active DEA • Residency Trained in Family Practice or Internal Medicine • Board Certified or Truly Board Elgible within 5 years • Geriatrics Certified or certified Medical director • Prefer Geriatrics Fellowship trained but NOT required * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
