Job Description:
•  Works independently, but under the supervision of the Medical Director.
•  Provides comprehensive primary care services, including preventive health, chronic care management, pediatric care, family planning and urgent care services for patients of all ages.
•  Documents accurate and thorough patient information and data in the electronic medical record system.
•  Part-time position, 2-3 days/week, with potential to increase.
•  Salary - $114,400 - $124,800 annualized.
Requirements:
•  Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
•  Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of California.
•  Bilingual (English, Spanish) or some basic Spanish skills.
•  Minor surgery skills desirable.
•  Basic computer knowledge and skills required.
•  Must be sensitive to cultural diversity.
•  Must possess the desire and ability to work cooperatively with other staff and to carry out the stated mission of the Big Sur Health Center.
•  Must have a commitment to preventive care.
