This facility is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). The incoming physician must be Board Certified or Board Eligible. Both H1 and J1 visas are accepted at this location. This is a state-of-the-art group, and providers are given remote access to systems for charting or call. Quick Facts: --Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM.
