Description Duration: August 2025 - December 2025 (potential to extend) Schedule: full time / 4 weeks per month (may consider 2 weeks per month) Shift: Monday - Friday (either 4x10 or 5x8) Call: Light call, rare after 9pm (1:7) Volume: 10-12 cases per day Scope: Independent model: blocks, ortho, GS, Urology, OB, Plastics, and healthy peds EMR: EPIC Hospital: level 4 trauma center Required: Board Certified with Oregon license (will consider unlicensed) * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
