$300k+ Outpatient Family Medicine – Virginia

4-Day Workweek | 12–18 Patients/Day

Position Highlights

• Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek
• 12–18 patients/day for a manageable pace

Compensation & Benefits

• $280,000+ guaranteed base salary
• $25,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications

• MD/DO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
• Virginia medical license or eligibility
• Comfortable treating all ages and performing routine primary care procedures
• Visa sponsorship available
