Details:
- Location: near Atlanta, GA
- Duration: October - ongoing
- Schedule: 2 weeks per month
- Shifts: Monday-Sunday 7a-7a (24-hour call for 7 consecutive days)
- Scope: Advanced Heart Failure and VAD Program - Clinic, Inpatients rounding VAD, Heart Failure Consults
- Duties: Clinic: Mon-Thu 1p-5p, Fri 8a-12p. Hospital inpatient VAD Rounds/Heart Failure Consults: Mon-Thu 8a-12p, Fri 1p-5p
- Volume: Clinic: 10 patients per 4 hour shift. Hospital: 2 consults per 4 hour shift. Call: 1 VAD admission per week
- EMR: Epic
- Hospital: Level 1 Trauma, 478 beds
- Group: CVICU Fellow and RN Coordinator Support. Supervise Fellows and APP's who do independent clinics
- Credentialing: 120 days
- Require: BC, Active GA License or IMLC Compact License, Advanced Heart Fellowship trained (ideally BC as well)
