Description Schedule Onsite Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-5p No call, no weekends, no holidays Availability: June 2-6 June 9-13 June 23-27 July 7-11 July 28-August 1 August 11-15 August 18-22 August 25-29 Oct 27 onward Details: Procedures: Biopsies, drainages, LP’s, Myelograms, para’s, thora’s, arthrograms, joint injections DX: CT, US, Xray Fluoro exams Tomo Mammography is required (hologic training & MQSA) Facility monthly totals: • CT Scan: 253 • MRI: 90 • Ultrasound: 165 • Mammography: 90 (tomo trained) • Nuc Med: 15 • Cardiolites, Hida, Gastric emptying & bone scans (These are the only NucMed studies we do) • X-ray: 525 • We do 5-10 fluro exams a month. • Interventional Radiology 20 exams a month Requirements
