Description Start: January 16th – January 23rd, March 27th – April 10th, April 24th – May 8th… then every 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off Schedule: Monday – Friday (7:00am – 4:00pm), Weekdays –On-Call (4:00pm -7:00am), Weekend Call – 24 hours – will include weekend call Procedures: cardiac surgery , coronary artery bypass and valve replacement, thoracic surgery, vascular surgery, cath lab cases, endovascular coverage Other details: EMR - GE Centricity (Outpatient), Cerner (Inpatient), 2 Cardiac OR’s, 9 General OR’s 2-10 cases daily, CRNA supervision 2:1, 3:1 Requirements: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years, TEE Certification required Pay rate: $385/hour + additional call rates Maxim benefits: licensure, travel/lodging (flight, hotel, rental car) and malpractice insurance * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
