New Hampshire License
Board Certified Active Florida license

PRACTICE INFORMATION 

•        4 MD/3 CRNA
•        No Call
•        Shift times: 7a-3p
•        Independent Model
•        86-bed, Level III Trauma Center
•        5 OR’s
•        Cases include general, ENT, endo (2325), GI, GYN, minor cardiac (pacer/cardioversion), Ortho, Podiatry, Urology (excludes kidney transplants), vascular, regional anesthesia- spinal blocks, Healthy Peds, Pediatric for dental and ENT (tubes) 6 months minimum age. No hearts or heads, no OB 
•        Approx. annual cases 5197
•        CRNAs insert labor epidurals
•        Credentialing timeframe usually 90 but they will do emergent 
•        ACLS/PALS/BLS:  Yes
