Shifts per Month: 7 x 24-hour shifts (including 1 weekend shift)
Shift Times:
Client 1: 8:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Client 2: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Minimum Commitment: 6 months

Patient Volume:
Client 1: 8–12 patients/24hr; ~65 births/month
Client 2: 12–18 patients/24hr; ~125 births/month
NICU Level:
Client 1: No NICU (transfers to Kent or Nemours)
Client 2: Level II NICU Support Staff:
Client 1: OB Hospitalist & Nursing Staff
Client 2: Midwives & RNs ??? Procedures & Responsibilities
Client 1: OB & GYN – C-sections, minor GYN procedures, OB-related procedures
Client 2: OB & emergent GYN – Inpatient & ED patients ? Requirements
Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
Licensure: Active DE license, IMLC, or willing to obtain
