Location: Chicago, IL
Dates: ASAP - Ongoing
8-hour shifts Pay Rate: $20/hour (1099)
Same Day Pay/Express Pay available Need copies of the following items for the credentialing file:
-Driver’s License, Social Security Card or Passport, TB test, BLS/CPR Certification, and CNA State License/Certification.
