Description

We are growing! Our team is hiring for Advanced Heart Failure-trained cardiologists with an interest in moonlighting with a fully virtual cardiology telehealth company providing specialized care for outpatient heart failure management.

Our mission is to deliver a world-class member experience and improve patient access to the best healthcare providers, devices, and therapies.

Responsibilities:
*New and follow-up cardiology consults by video;
*Fully remote w flexible, self-schedule (5+ hours/week)
*Medication management - Guideline Directed Medication Therapy for heart failure patients
*Communicate with registered nurses for patient care
*Optional: Read echocardiograms
*EMR: Elation

Requirements:
*Board-eligible or Board-certified in Cardiology; Advanced Heart Failure training preferred
*Maryland and/or DC medical license
