Description Locations: Chicago, IL Duration: Starting ASAP – ongoing for 3-6 months Schedule: Monday – Friday (Open to 3-5 days per week) Shift times: 8a-5p (8a-12p / 1p-5p) *1 hr unpaid lunch Call requirements: N/A Scope of practice: Primary care clinic coverage – most pressing need is for adult medicine (Open to FM or IM) Volume: 16-20 patients per day (8-10 per half day) EMR: AthenaOne (Better, newer version) Staffing mix: 1 dedicated MA per MD, office staff, 2 PEDs, 1 FP-OB, part-time APP assistance Facility: FQHC Requirements (boards, license): BC/BE with an active IL license or active IMLC compact license in hand, clean NPDB for emergency privileges * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
