Locum Primary Care | Chicago, IL | 3-5 days per weekDetails:
? Location: Chicago, IL
? Duration: ASAP-Ongoing 3-6 month locums (option to extend)
? Schedule: Monday-Friday – 3-5 days per week
? Shift: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
? Scope: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic FQHC
? Ages: open to schedule for IM and FM
? Volume: 18-20 PPD
? EMR: Athena
? Group/support: 1 dedicated MA per MD, office staff, 2 PEDs, 1 FP-OB, part-time APP
? Credentialing: 30-45 days
? Require: BC/BE, Active IL License or IMLC Compact License
