Duration: September 2, 2025 and ongoing

Location: 2.5 hours from Dallas, Texas
Schedule: Fulltime, Monday-Friday
Shift: Monday – Friday 8a-5p + rotating call
Call: 1:5 rotation (clinic patients and after hours / IP consults), call is 1 weeknight per week and one weekend per month
Patient volume: 16-18 patients per day when fully ramped
Scope: Bread and butter Outpatient Hem/Onc

55% Hem patients
EMR: EPIC
Group/support: 5 oncologists.
Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified or truly board eligible in both Hem and Onc, TX or Compact license, and needs BLS
