Description
Seeking BE/BC Internal Medicine physicians for multi-provider, Multi-specialty, adult, primary care practices in the Hartford, CT area conveniently located in heart of central Connecticut.
- 100% Outpatient Primary Care – Adult Medicine (18+)
- Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only, ask about a 4-day work week option!
- Call: Infrequent phone call for work/life balance
- Option for inpatient/outpatient in 1 location (Plainfield, CT) - 3 days primary care, 2 days hospital

- Access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers & Social Workers
- Efficient operations, engaged office staff, 2.5 staff per physician & your own MA
- EPIC EMR with Dragon, HIPAA compliant texting, patient self-scheduling and patient portal
