New Job Details – Hospice & Palliative Care (Telemedicine)Location: Oregon (Remote position)
Duration: ASAP - Ongoing
Schedule: Full time preferred, will consider 2-4 weeks per month
Shift: See below -
Day 8 am -5 pm
Night 5 pm-8am (typically 0 – 5 calls/night)
Weekend Friday 5 pm – Monday 8 am
Call: Low volume call requested (Phone call only) Willing to be flexible per provider's request. Night 5 pm-8am (typically 0 – 5 calls/night) and Weekend Friday 5 pm –Monday 8 am.
Scope: 100% adult Hospice/Palliative care (Remote position; facility will provide a laptop if needed)
EMR: Epic
Group/support: RNs and hospital liaison
Requirements (boards, license): Must be Board Certified in Hospice & Palliative Care, active OR license, clean NPDB
