Description Practice Setting: Hospital call OB/GYN Reason for Coverage: Loss of FT OBGYN Dates of Coverage: 1:6 week day and 1:6 weekend starting July Schedule: 24h weekday 48h weekend Call Ratio: 1:6 Total Number of Beds: Average Number of Scheduled Patients Per Day:3 Number of Physicians in Practice: 5 How Many APPs Provide Coverage: 0 Onsite Lab? Yes Onsite Ultrasound? Yes Describe Support Staff: laborist, midwife and hospital nursing staff What Percentage of Practice is Low Risk Pregnancy: 60% What Percentage of Practice is High Risk Pregnancy: 40% What Percentage of Practice is GYN: 10% Average Number of GYN Surgeries Per Day: 1 What Percentage of Patients are C-Section: 25% Average Number of Nursery Admissions Per Day: 3 Nursery Level: II Documentation System/EMR: Epic Trauma Level/Designation: Level 2 Board Requirements: Board Certified Certification Requirement: Advanced fetal monitoring Required Procedures: Low Risk Pregnancy High Risk Pregnancy FHR Interpretation – NST/CST/FSE OB ultrasounds – Performance of Interpretation OB ultrasounds – Performance of Level I/Screening Cervical cerclage Complicated Delivery –C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, etc VBAC’s Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations Laparoscopic Diagnostic/Minor Only-Tubal Ligation LOA’s Chromal Tubation Operative/Major (Includes Diagnostic) – Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovary Removal, Cystectomy, Extensive LOA’s Routine Delivery –Vaginal, Low Forceps, Decision-Making for C-Section Surgical Gynecology – Open Skills Board Certification - REQUIRED PA License - REQUIRED Advanced Fetal Monitoring- REQUIRED 100% Clean Background and Malpractice License/NPDB - REQUIRED * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
