Psychiatrist – Northeast Oregon

• Hospital-employed seeks a compassionate, flexible, and team-oriented BE/BC Psychiatrist to join a growing and supportive care team


• Competitive total compensation of $325,000+, including RVU bonus potential and quality incentives up to $30,000 annually


• Schedule: Four 10-hour days per week, full-time, permanent


• Integrated outpatient Behavioral Health–Primary Care clinic


• Join 2 full-time physicians, 2 full-time nurse practitioners, and a team of LCSWs


• Average of 12–16 patients per day


• 1:1 clinical support staff; team-shared phone call coverage (for established patients only)


• EMR: EPIC

• Population: 35,000
