Office Set-Up:

·    2 Operatories

·    3 Consultation Rooms

·    X-Ray

·    Sterile Processing

·    Recovery area

·    Family waiting room in the Recovery area

·    Implant Coordinator in-house Marketing team

·    Treatment planner

·    Surgery Scheduler

Staffing:

·    3 Surgeons rotating between 2 offices

·    11 Front Office Staff

·    10 Clinical Staff, including Registered Nurses

Typical Schedule:

·    4-5 Surgeries scheduled in the morning

·    15 – 20 Consults scheduled in the afternoon

·    Patients scheduled 45 days out.
