Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician (MD/DO) for a locum-to-permanent opportunity in Dorchester, Massachusetts. This role offers flexibility with the potential for a permanent position in a busy urban practice.Position: Locum to Permanent MD/DO – Pediatrician
Location: Dorchester, Massachusetts Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care including well-child visits, acute and chronic condition management
Build strong relationships with patients and families
Collaborate with pediatric specialists and multidisciplinary care teams
Participate in quality improvement and patient education initiatives Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics
Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure
Excellent clinical and communication skills
