About the role:

•  Provide occupational medicine services including workplace injury management, physicals and assessments, return-to-work evaluations, ergonomics guidance, and coordination with employers and primary care providers
•  Deliver outpatient primary care to patients of all ages when not handling occ med cases - building your own panel over time
•  Enjoy a convenient weekday schedule (M–F, 40 hours) with no nights, weekends or holidays
•  Practice in a modern, well-equipped facility with EMR, a 1:1 provider-to-nurse ratio, and strong admin support
