Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN (MD/DO) for a locum to permanent opportunity in Des Moines, Iowa. This position offers a flexible transition from locum to full-time, allowing providers to experience the practice and community before committing permanently.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care in inpatient and outpatient settings
Manage prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum care, including high-risk obstetrcs
Perform gynecologic procedures and surgeries, including minimally invasive techniques
Participate in call rotation and collaborate with experienced support staff and specialists

Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Eligible for Iowa medical licensure
Strong clinical and surgical skills
Excellent communication and patient care skills
