Location: Bakersfield, California Key Responsibilities:
Provide outpatient primary care services to adult and/or all-age patient populations
Manage preventive care, chronic conditions, and acute illnesses
Coordinate with specialists and ancillary staff to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Eligible for California medical licensure
Excellent communication and clinical skills
