Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neonatologist (MD/DO) for a permanent position in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care to premature and critically ill newborns in a Level III NICU
Attend high-risk deliveries and lead neonatal resuscitations
Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, and NICU nursing staff
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and educational activities

Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Neonatology
Eligible for Virginia medical licensure
Strong clinical and communication skills
NRP certification required
