This Northwest Ohio hospital is looking for a full time, employed Nurse Practitioner for its Palliative Care team. Location wise, this is off of I-75 about halfway between Toledo and Dayton.



Here's an overview:

      
  • Mostly inpatient position, with some outpatient responsibilities.

    •   
  • Anticipated schedule is Monday-Friday 8a-5p, sharing call with other providers.

    •   
  • Average volume is expected to be six patients per day.

    •   
  • Compensation commensurate with experience. Position comes with benefits package.

    •   
  • Ideal candidates will have experience as an NP with hospice and palliative care.
