We are seeking a full-time Audiologist to join our mission-driven team in Fredericksburg, VA. This is an assessment-only role—no treatment, diagnosis, or follow-ups required. You will conduct in-person disability evaluations to support Veterans in receiving their well-deserved VA benefits.Job Details: Location: Fredericksburg, VA (on-site)
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Hours: 4-day workweek, 10-hour shifts
Caseload: 6 to 7 Veterans per day
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $625.00 per day
Responsibilities: Perform non-invasive, in-person hearing assessments for Veterans
Review medical records before each exam
Document exam findings using a streamlined web-based system
Submit reports electronically within 24 hours
Support disability claims for Veterans without providing treatment or prescriptions
Qualifications: Required: Master’s or Doctorate in Audiology from an accredited program (CAA or ACAE)
Active Audiologist license in Virginia (or compact state license)
Preferred: Prior experience with VA disability or compensation exams
Background in clinical assessments
