  • We have Hired a Cardiac Focused CVT Surgeon who will start in September 2024

  • Staffed with Cardiothoracic PAs for First Assist

• Guarantee Base Salary ($800-850,000) with RVU Productivity Bonuses 
  
  
  • Guarantee Base Salary is a Minimum Floor - You Will Always Have Your Base 
  • Paid Call = to Additional $182,500 per year
