Primary Care Physician – Northern California

• FQHC-employed outpatient practice seeks BC/BE Internal or Family Medicine physician


• Base salary range: $230,880 – $300,144 annually, dependent on experience


• Monday–Friday schedule with shared call responsibilities


• Serve a diverse, underserved population in a mission-driven community health setting


• Opportunity to work in clinic and/or state-of-the-art mobile medicine program (Health on Wheels)


• Established practice model with integrated support services and resource center


• Multispecialty team includes behavioral health, care coordinators, and dental professionals
