Adult Primary Care role in Phoenix metro- choice of multiple sites

100% Outpatient

Capped patient panel for work life balance

Newly Built, State-of-the-art clinics

Clinic hours: M-F 8a-5p

Value Based Care

Typical day: 10-12 Patients per day

Call Schedule based on total # of physicians between sites (if 9 physician in city = call 1:9)

In-Office Medical Procedures:

PACKAGE

$270k Base + Bonus - $300k potential year 1

Skills

BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)

Capability to conduct & interpret preventive screenings relevant to geriatric patients

Minor procedures (above) experience ideal

Ability to obtain/maintain medical license in Arizona
