Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a permanent Oncology/Hematology position in Ashtabula, Ohio. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to patients with cancer and blood disorders, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments, including history, physical examination, and interpretation of diagnostic tests
Collaborate with oncologists and hematologists to develop and manage treatment plans
Provide patient education regarding diagnosis, treatment options, side effects, and long-term care strategies
Monitor treatment response, manage side effects, and coordinate supportive care services
Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with standards and regulations

Qualifications:
Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Ohio (or ability to obtain)
Oncology/Hematology certification or relevant clinical experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient and team collaboration
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
