Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a permanent Palliative Care position in Dothan, Alabama. This role offers the opportunity to provide compassionate care and symptom management for patients with serious or life-limiting illnesses, working within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized palliative care plans
Manage symptoms such as pain, nausea, anxiety, and shortness of breath
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and chaplains to provide holistic care
Educate patients and families about prognosis, treatment options, and care planning
Provide inpatient and outpatient consultations as needed

Qualifications:
Current Nurse Practitioner license in Alabama (or ability to obtain)
Certification in Palliative Care preferred
Experience in palliative, hospice, or related specialties highly desirable
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting
