- 75% clinical, 25% administrative leadership position
- Comprehensive on-site diagnostic services including stress testing and cardiac imaging
- State-of-the-art medical equipment including digital imaging and diagnostics
- Must be board-certified in geriatric medicine with 2+ years leadership experience
- Experience with value-based care and managed care programs required
- Outpatient-focused practice with established patient base
- Outpatient-only position
