Schedule:
Schedule: 8 AM to 4:30 PM with 30 minutes for lunch - 8 hours per day
No call
Schedule Requirements: Facility is looking for full-time coverage. This is 4 weeks per month per provider.
Board Certified - REQUIRED
Active IA license or Active IMLC - REQUIRED (Client will review candidates requiring a new IA license IF they can offer 4 consecutive weeks of coverage)

Required procedures:
Conventional Radiotherapy
3D Radiotherapy
External Beam Radiation - IMRT
External Beam Radiation - IGRT
External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT
Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
Stereotactic Radiosurgery
Photon Beam Radiation Therapy
Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
Must be able to start ASAP upon credentialing - REQUIRED (Facility can offer temp privs which is approx. 30-60 days)
