Location: Oklahoma ( please inquire for specific location)

Duration: ASAP – ongoing (30–60 days to credential)

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Shifts: Flexible – 7a–4p (ideal), 5a–2p, or 8a–5p (candidate’s choice)

Call: None

Patient Volume: 25–35 patients per day

Scope of Practice: Occupational medicine including DOT physicals, workplace injury care, walk-ins, and follow-ups

EMR: Epic

Support: 2–3 other providers on site (primarily APPs)

Requirements:

Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible - Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Active Oklahoma license or IMLC Compact License

Active DOT certification required
