Description Work Dates Needed: Immediate - Ongoing Preferred Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-5p, Rotating Saturday every 7 weeks 8a-12p Worksite Setting: Inpatients. Scope of Work: Patients/day 8 – 21, Ability to perform physical examination of patients, Perform complete examinations, assessments, and formulates treatment plans for patients including adults, adolescents, children, and infants. Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active CA licenses, BC/BE in FM, DEA, BLS certificate.
