Reason for coverage:  Turnover/Vacancy
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Shift: 7:30am – 4:00pm
Call: No call
Patient volume: 8 to 10, on treatment day around 20
Scope: SBRT experience is a must. ECLIPSE for planning and they have multiple Radformation software products including, autocontour, chart check, clear check, ezfluence and quick code.
Support Staff: 1 RN, 2 MA's, and 1 physicist
No surgery or procedures.
EMR: ARIA and EPIC
Hospital: Trauma Level III
Group/support: 1 RN, 2 MA's, and 1 physicist. There a Dosimetrist onsite, and SBRT is available.
Requirements (boards, license): Must be BC not BE, BC new grad is acceptable. ACLS, BLS. Must have NY State License
Rates: Negotiable
