join an established practice with two other board-certified urologists, including additional support from mid-levels and an opportunity for mentorship.
• Salary: Guaranteed salary is competitive and commensurate with experience; plus, an annual 3% cost-of-living adjustment.
• Bonus: Bonus of 100% shared practice profits
• Call: Call required 7 days/month; extra pay for extra call
• Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm; time split equally between clinic and OR (~3 OR days per week).
