• One hospital with 2 cath labs located in the hospital. 


• ASC/OBL close to practice – 15 min drive


• Work Schedule: 1 week in the hospital and the remaining 3 weeks will consist of (3 days in the office and 2 cath days) / week


• Coverage 1:6 (NP takes the first)


• High patient volume - annually ~34,000 clinic patients and 9,500 hospital visits
