A long-standing, physician-owned internal medicine practice in beautiful Asheville, NC is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician (or Family Medicine physician who sees adults only) to join its thriving outpatient team. Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient adult primary care – no hospital or inpatient work
• 4-day workweek with flexible scheduling
• Low call volume: phone-only, just 2 weeknights per month and 2–3 weekends per year
• Average 16 patients per day with strong clinical and administrative support
• Modern, well-equipped clinic using Athena EMR

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $220,000–$240,000 (based on experience)
• Sign-on or relocation bonus available
