Location: 30 miles outside of Austin, Texas

Schedule: Mon/Wed – Bastrop // Tues and Thurs – LaGrange location (providers MUST go to both locations)

Shift: 9a-4p

Call: N/A

Patient volume: 30-40 patients per day

Scope: “Bread and butter Derm” – preference for cosmetics huge plus *Not Required

EMR: ModMed EMA

Group/support: Solo provider

Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified, with Texas license or Compact
