Description Join hospital employed Urology department; One other urologist currently plus locum staff for support. $500k-$525K Base Salary (based on experience) plus wRVU based bonus system. Sign-On Bonus - $50k. The Urology department is in growth mode and set for expansion. The Hospital has 12 ORS including a dedicated Cysto Room. The Ambulatory Surgery Center on the hospital campus has 6 ORS. The hospital has a da Vinci SI robotic surgical system.
