Primary Care Office is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team and make a meaningful impact.

• Full-time position with a 4-day clinic workweek (32 patient contact hours)
• Flexible schedule with remote options for administrative tasks
• Manage a patient load of 16-18 patients per day
• No after-hours or weekend call requirements
• Work in an established Family Medicine practice with a strong, team-oriented environment

Requirements:
• Graduation from a state-certified Advanced Practice Program
• Unrestricted license to practice as an APRN or PA

• State-issued Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
• Registration with the Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP)
