Description Facility seeking Internal Medicine physician to join team --Monday thru Friday - 35 patient contact hours -- Provide primary care service: routine check-ups and preventive care to complex diagnoses and management of chronic conditions. -- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with patients and familie -- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary tea Required: BC/BE in Internal Medicine. -- Active WI license (or ability to obtain). * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
