Description Primary Care Medical Director – Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinic Required: Board Certified Internal or Family Medicine or Med/Psych (dual boarded) At least 2 years experience is required Schedule: Mon – Fri 8a – 4:30p --0.2 FTE admin / 0. FTE Clinical and teaching --2 – ½ days admit; 2 – ½ days collaborative care – 6 ½ days direct clinical care --If interested, could include Suboxone Clinic as part of practice (1/2 day each week) Call: 1:6 weeks by phone (after-hours – includes weekends) – approx. call volume is 5 calls/week See 7-8 patients per ½ day clinic Ages seen: 18-80 See ambulatory patients with chronic behavioral health and substance abuse issues See patients transitioning from hospital to outpatient care Newly renovated exploded office - outpatient only EMR: EPIC Join 2-3 MDs, 1 Social Worker, 1 PT Psychiatrist, 7 RN’s & 2 NP’s Salary based on experience, $15k retention bonus, relocation assistance, 22 vacation days + 8 holidays, 5 CME days + $1500k annual stipend, malpractice, comprehensive benefits * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
