Description --Opportunity for BE/BC internal medicine or family medicine trained hospitalists to join physician owned team. --Group covers two facilities but each hospitalist is only assigned to work at one. --7on/7off schedule, closed ICU. --Mostly day shifts. Providers take turn with a week of nights every 3-4 months. --Average census is 20 pts/day and physician extenders are used to manage workload. --Compensation is Base salary plus RVU bonuses and other benefits are offered including 401k, paid malpractice and CME allowance. --Leadership opportunities available --Hospitalists are invited to participate on hospital committees --Supportive, collegial, family-oriented, lifestyle-oriented group.
