Description Medical Center is seeking a full-time BC/BE Pediatric Surgeon to join team - Monday–Friday schedule split with a second pediatric surgeon (on-call weeks) - Flexible Full-Time Schedule: 15 days/month or 183 days/year - One dedicated block OR day per week (with add-ons as needed) - 15 days per month of hospital rounding (during call) - Full-Spectrum Pediatric Surgical Care: Inpatient consultations, surgical management, outpatient clinics, and 24/7 on-call coverage - Supportive, Multidisciplinary Team: Collaborate with pediatricians, subspecialists, and visiting experts - Level IIIB NICU - Small PICU - Level IV Trauma Center - Pediatric anesthesiology and Nurse Practitioner assistance in the surgery office - Mentor pediatric residents and local family practice residents - Participate in our pediatric sedation program and partner with visiting pediatric urologists - Competitive base salary with wRVU-based production incentives - Generous CME allowance - Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance - Medical education debt support - Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits - Marketing and practice growth support * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
