Description Opportunity to join a private primary care practice of 3 Physicians and 2 Nurse Practitioners --Our focus is on Primary Care, specifically emphasizing Internal Medicine or Family Medicine --This is a full-time position, structured within a 4.5-day workweek, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM --The schedule arrangement can be flexible if necessary --Weekends & Major Holidays: The office is closed to prioritize and maintain work life balance --Patient Volume & Schedule Structure: 2 new or 3 established patients per hour --On-call Responsibilities: Phone calls only; calls are minimal and light --Clinical Focus: We manage both chronic diseases and acute illnesses, with an emphasis on preventive care --We utilize EClinicalWorks as our EMR system and Medical Dragon One for dictation to ensure an optimized and efficient workflow --Established physicians must be board-certified; current residents must be board-eligible and secure certification before commencing work --Essential qualities include demonstrated bedside manner, excellent customer service skills, flexibility, and compassion --Strong knowledge of ICD codes and adherence to E/M coding guidelines are essential --Be part of a team of dedicated receptionists, schedulers, medical assistants, nurses, medical billing, and administrative staff; collaborate with an excellent group of subspecialty physicians --Competitive base salary; productivity bonus based on total physician collections --Attractive sign-on bonus --Support for relocation expenses provided --Comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans allowance --Life and disability insurance coverage allowance --401K plan with employer matching contributions --Reimbursement for maintaining medical licenses, board certifications, professional memberships, and DEA registration --(CME): Generous allowance provided --Ample PTO for vacation and sick leave, paid major holidays --Assistance available for student loan repayment * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
